How to study good language exchange learning

日本語をうまく話せない人と英語をうまく話せない人がいる。
There are people who do not speak Japanese  well and who do not speak English well.

二人が言語交換学習のための友達になる。
Two people be friends for language exchange learning.

その二人がskypeで会話してもうまくできない。
Two people  can not talk well with skype because they can not speak English and Japanese well.

そしてしばらくするとお互いに言語学習をやめてしまう。
Then they  would stop language learning after a while.

そこで、私は英語と日本語話す人を混じえたskypeのグループ会話を提案する。
So,I suggest a group conversation ｗｉｔｈ skype  that mixes the people who speak English and Japanese.

私は英語を上手にしゃべれないが、そこで楽しむことが出来る。
I can not speak English well but I have a great time there.
